How It Works

Every Sunday–Wednesday, we track what you’ve spent that week. The more you spend, the faster your points grow — thanks to multipliers.

Your weekly total includes all orders, including Auto-Renew. At the end of the week, points are applied automatically.

Weekly Spend Multipliers

You earn points based on your weekly spend:

Under $110	1×	0.5 pts per $1
$110–219	2×	1 pt per $1
$220–384	3×	1.5 pts per $1
$385+	4×	2 pts per $1

Here’s how Real Rewards work in different scenarios:

Single Order for 1 week

Total Spend: $400

Large one-off order, full amount applies to a single week

Base Points: 200 pts
Multiplier: 4×

Points Earned: 800 pts

Single Order for 2 weeks

Total Spend: $400 (split across 2 weeks)

Split order = separate reward calculations for each week

Base Points: 100 pts
Multiplier: 2×
Week 2
Base Points: 100 pts
Multiplier: 2×

Points Earned: 400 pts

Auto-Renew Orders

Total Spend: $250 (3 deliveries)

Auto-renew applies a weekly multiplier based on total spend

Base Points: 125 pts
Multiplier: 3×

Points Earned: 375 pts

How to Redeem Your Rewards

Once you’ve earned enough points, they’ll be automatically converted into account credit — no codes, no hassle.

Every time you reach 500 points, we’ll convert them into $50 credit.
This credit will be automatically applied to your next eligible order.
If the total credit doesn’t cover the full cost of your order, you’ll just pay the difference at checkout.
If you cancel an order before the cutoff, any unused credit remains in your account for next time.

You can track your total points and account credit any time from your profile.

How Orders Are Counted

Each delivery day in your order is treated separately when calculating points. So if you place one order that includes meals for Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, we’ll split that into three delivery-day orders behind the scenes — and you'll earn points for each part individually.

This matters because:

Auto-Renew orders are usually smaller per delivery but add up across the week.
One-time orders might be larger but can span multiple weeks, meaning they earn fewer points per dollar.

By tracking each delivery individually, we can make sure rewards stay fair for everyone — and especially for those who order regularly through Auto-Renew.
